Online banking
Make a payment or schedule future payments through your mobile online banking app. You will need to add EDEN PARK INC. as a payee and enter your Legacy ID, which consists of 7 or 8 numbers followed by 2 letters. If you do not have this legacy ID, contact our Customer Service Team at 833-761-8977.
Pre-authorized payments
Set up automated withdrawals from your bank account. You will need to submit a void cheque or pre-authorized debit form from your financial institution. Email a copy to customerservice@edenparkcanada.com or fax 855-707-3336.
Pay in person
Pay at your bank, financial institution or credit union.
