This notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, the anticipated duration, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available. The notice will be placed at all public entrances and service counters on our premises.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3114c54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3114c54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Training for Staff<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06fcff4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06fcff4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEden<i>Park<\/i> provides training to employees on Ontario\u2019s accessibility laws and on the Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities.\n<ul class=\"list-style--checked\" style=\"margin: 8px 0 0 36px;\">\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">New employees will receive the necessary training upon their onboarding\/orientation\u200b<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">All employees will receive ongoing training when changes to Policies, Process or Procedures have been made to improve the provisions of services to persons with disabilities<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">We will provide training to all employees, as and when required under the Legislation Training records will be kept in accordance\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74f970c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74f970c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Training will include the following:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-161e39c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"161e39c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"list-style--checked\" style=\"margin-left: 36px;\">\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">Applicable Laws \u2013 Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the requirements for the Customer Service Standard<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">The purposes of the Legislation;<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">The requirement under the Legislation;<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">This accessible customer service policy; and<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">Any other content required under the Legislation.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">Procedures on how to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">Procedures on how to interact with people with disabilities who use an assistive device or require the assistance of a service animal or a support person<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">How to use the equipment or devices available at Eden<i>Park<\/i> that may help with the provision of services to persons with disabilities<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">What to do if a person with a disability is having difficulty in accessing Eden<i>Park\u2019s<\/i> services<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"padding-left: 6px;\">Eden<i>Park\u2019s<\/i> Policies and Procedures relating to the Customer Service Standard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-062b89c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"062b89c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Feedback<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5caa6be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5caa6be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEden<i>Park\u2019s<\/i> goal is to meet and surpass customer expectations while serving customers with disabilities.
